-Which applicant data should be stored in an ERP system for an application?
Generally, there are no guidelines on how much data of a candidate should be saved in a company. However, it should be "as much data as necessary and as little as possible". When Applications are done by mail, the data are also limited by the scope of the application documents. On the other hand, online applications can be made in a contact form that is created by the company and posted on the company's own homepage. When preparing such a form, the company would make sure that only relevant data are requested from the applicant.

Please describe the difference between qualifications and requirements
An employee has qualifications and can improve qualifications or gain new qualifications through further education. A job in a company has requirements that are equivalent to qualifications and are desirable qualifications that an employee should have for the job.

Please consider briefly which qualifications a head of department should generally possess.

A department manager should possess the following qualifications:
? Leadership qualities
? Articulateness
? The ability to extemporize
? Team player

-Edit Qualifications Catalog
To edit the qualifications catalog, follow the menu path.
Human Resources ► Personnel Management ► Personnel Development ► Settings ►Current Settings ►Edit Qualifications Catalog

Set the cursor to the folder Certification and choose
. In the upcoming screen Create, please choose Qualification and go on with
.
As the qualification name, please type in ### First Aid Course Certification.
 The qualification shall be valid from the 1st of the current year. Press

to save your entries.

In the Catalog: Change Qualification(s) screen you can see that the ### First Aid Course Certification was added to the folder Certification

Click on the exit icon
to return to the SAP Easy Access screen.
